We ship all orders from our factory and warehouse premises in Sheffield, England.
Yes. We ship worldwide and despatch orders to destinations outside of the UK on a daily basis.
Yes. We offer a Next Working Day Delivery option for UK customers.*
*Next Day Delivery is not available for all UK customers, some areas including Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Highlands & Islands of Scotland will be a 2 working days delivery service.
Our office, warehouse and factory in Sheffield are open Monday-Thursday: 09:00am-05:00pm and Fridays 09:00am-04:00pm. Excluding Bank Holidays when we are closed. Any orders placed or e-mails received outside of business hours will be processed/responded to the next working day.
We ship the majority of our UK and International orders with FedEx and Royal Mail. Some heavier/bulkier items that need to be sent on pallets will be delivered by one of our trusted UK pallet network partners.

For UK customers you should expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days from when your order is despatched.
For overseas customers delivery times will vary by country and you will need to check your tracking details which will offer an estimated date of delivery by the shipping carrier.
